Seen the text of the agreement by which includes a new professional group in the collective agreement of the industry of footwear (Convention No. 99000805011981 code), published in the «Official Gazette» of October 9, 2014, agreement that it was signed, dated 20 February 2015, on the one hand, by the business associations FICE and AEC on behalf of the companies in the sector, and on the other, by trade union organizations FITAG-UGT and CC. In Madrid, at 11:30 of the day 20 February 2015, the referenced people outside, gather in order to continue with the negotiation of the aforementioned collective agreement, in relation to the inclusion of professional groups of the activity of key cutting and shoe repair.

After the timely analysis and discussion of the proposals between the parties, the following is agreed: to) considering that functions performed «repairers of footwear used and duplicated keys» contain multiple tasks of various levels or professional groups, as well as other functions of duplicates of keys and the sale of products and that these are identical to the workers who play them.

(b) considering the negotiating parties that these functions in the process of acquiring experience and skill occur gradually, reaching an optimum level once after a period of tenure at the company, it is advisable to create a single professional group with different levels.

(c) taking into account as indicated above, is agreed to establish a single professional group called repairing footwear and duplicate keys, with three wage levels in accordance with annex of the wage table attached.

1. repair/Duplicator with more than six years in the company.

2 repairman/Duplicator with less than six years and more than one year of seniority in the company.

3. repair/Duplicator with less than a year old in the company.
