Order Ecc / 545 / 2015, Of 20 Of March, By Which Is According The Emission, Coinage And Put In Circulation Of Coins Of Collection Of The Ii Series Of "cities Spanish Heritage Of The Humanity".

The law 62 / 2003, of 30 of December, of measures fiscal, administrative and of the order Social, in its article 102, modified the article 81 of the law 42 / 1994, of 30 of December, of measures fiscal, administrative and of order social, giving a new terminology in relation to them coins commemorative and of collection, of conformity with the terminology used in them provisions and normative European.

In the new drafting of the cited article 81 is sets, between others issues, that, starting from January of 2004, is hereinafter referred to as coins of collection in euros, them coins in euros not intended to the circulation, coined normally in metals precious, with a value rated and design different to them intended to the circulation. These coins should differ significantly from the circulated in, at least two of the three following characteristics: colour, weight and diameter.

In the same provision is authorizes with character general to the factory national of currency and timbre-real House of the currency, to coining and market coins of collection of all type. The coinage and sale of these coins will be agreed by order of the Ministry of economy and competitiveness that, of conformity with them provisions European, set them features own of them coins, their values facial and them dates initial of emission and, in its case, the prices of sale to the public.

Article 5 of the Regulation (EU) number 651/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012, relative to the issuance of euro coins, regulates the issuance of collector coins.

Is emits the II series of coins of collection called «cities Spanish heritage of the humanity», dedicated to them cities of basin, Ibiza, Merida, Salamanca and San Cristobal of the lagoon, registered in the list of the heritage world.

Article 2. Characteristics of the parts.

Face value 5 euro coin (5 pieces, 4 reales, silver of 925 thousandths, and the rest copper).

Tolerance in law: minimum of 925 thousandths of silver.

Weight: 13.50 g with a tolerance of more or less than 0,20 g.

Diameter: 33 mm.

Shape: Circular with a fluted edge.

Quality: Proof.

Reasons: On the obverse (common for five pieces), reproduces the UNESCO logo, right, accompanied by the official emblem of the World Heritage Convention. In the part superior of the currency, in sense circular and in uppercase, the legend SPAIN; at the bottom of the coin, the year of mintage 2015.

On the reverse side of the first piece reproduces an image of the hanging houses of Cuenca, with St. Paul bridge in first term. Higher image, and from left to right, the mark of the ECSC; in two lines and uppercase, the value of the coin 5 EURO; and, in capital letters, the legend BASIN. In the upper part of the coin, circular sense and capital letters, the legend CITIES PATRIMONY OF THE HUMANITY.

On the back of the second piece reproduces an image of the Cathedral of Ibiza and the roofs of the Church of Santo Domingo. Higher up, on the left, in capital letters, the IBIZA legend; right, in two lines and uppercase, 5 EURO coin value and down and to the right, the brand of ECSC. In the upper part of the coin, circular sense and capital letters, the legend CITIES PATRIMONY OF THE HUMANITY.

On the back of the third piece reproduces an image of the Roman Theatre in Mérida. Above the image, on the left, the ECSC brand; on the right, in capital letters, the value of the coin 5 EURO. At the bottom of the coin, in capital letters, the MERIDA legend. In the upper part of the coin, circular sense and capital letters, the legend CITIES PATRIMONY OF THE HUMANITY.

On the back of the fourth piece reproduces an image of the façade of the city of Salamanca. Higher image, in capital letters, the value of the coin 5 EURO; on the right, the brand of ECSC. At the bottom of the coin, in capital letters, the SALAMANCA legend. In the upper part of the coin, circular sense and capital letters, the legend CITIES PATRIMONY OF THE HUMANITY.

On the back of the fifth piece reproduces an image of the Tower of matrix parish of our Lady of the conception of the city of San Cristóbal of La Laguna, in the island of Tenerife, with the eaves of a roof and a plant of verode first. In the Centre of the coin, two lines and uppercase, the value of the coin 5 EURO; to the left, the brand of Ceca. At the bottom of the coin, in two lines and uppercase, the legend SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LA LAGUNA. In the upper part of the coin, circular sense and capital letters, the legend CITIES PATRIMONY OF THE HUMANITY.

Article 3. Maximum number of parts.

The maximum number of pieces that struck for each one of the reasons is 7,000 units.

The Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda is authorized to allocate to the Numismatic Museum of this entity funds up to a maximum of five pieces of each of the coins minted under this ministerial order and, where appropriate, those industrial elements of its manufacturing by the characteristics of the emission museological or Numismatic interest.

Article 4. Initial date of issue.

The date initial of issue will take place during the first semester of the year 2015.

Article 5. Mintage and circulation.

Such coins are coined on behalf of the State in the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda, which will deliver them to the Bank of Spain through the contribution of the representative of the coins documents.

Article 6. Marketing process.

The factory national of currency and timbre-real House of the currency will proceed to the marketing of these coins, both in collections as isolation, by itself or through entities contracted to the effect, that is commit to expend them to the public with regularity, as well as to its export.

Article 7. Prices for sale to the public.

The initial sale price to the public of each one of the pieces will be 33 euros, VAT excluded.

These parts may be sold individually or form collections, in which case the price will be the sum of the individual prices of the pieces that form them.

In the event that, once in effect this provision, the official exchange rates of the relevant markets to precious metals used in their production and coinage, they were experiencing fluctuations above four per cent of the arithmetic mean of the daily quotes of the month prior to such entry into force, modifying the values of used metals and, therefore, the initial retail prices established the General Directorate of the Treasury and financial policy, in accordance with such quotes may revise initial prices of these currencies, upward or downward, following a report of the Bank of Spain and the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda.
