The available additional fourth of the Real Decree 950 / 2005, of 29 of July, of remuneration of them forces and bodies of security of the State, regulates them remuneration of the personal that participate or cooperate in assistance technical police, operations of maintenance of the peace and security, humanitarian or of evacuation of people in the foreign, between which is is a compensation that forgive them special conditions in that develops its activity during its permanence in territory foreign.

To its tenor, is proceeded to dictate the order INT / 1390 / 2007, of 11 of mayo, modified by the order INT / 537 / 2009, of 2 of March, and by the order INT / 995 / 2012, of 27 of April, by which is determines the compensation to perceive by the personal that participate or cooperate in assistance technical police, operations of maintenance of the peace and security humanitarian or evacuation of people abroad.

The time elapsed since the order that was issued and the new requirements of international police cooperation make it necessary to modify and include remuneration of the staff of the State security bodies and forces deployed in other areas of the mission.

This order is issued in accordance with the mentioned additional fourth provision of Royal Decree 950/2005, of 29 July, with the report of the Ministry of finance and public administration.

By virtue, I have: single paragraph. Modification order INT/1390/2007, of May 11, by which determines compensation to perceive by the staff that participate or cooperate in police service, maintenance of peace and security, humanitarian or evacuation of people abroad.

One. Is modifies the available final second of the order INT / 1390 / 2007, of 11 of mayo, that is worded of the following mode: «them compensation collected in this order is apply from the date that is indicates for each mission: Congo: 25 of January of 2007.»
