The Electronic Registration of Power, was created by RD 1671/2009, of November 6, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed (article 15)

Its operation was regulated in the HAP/1637/2012 Order of 5 July, which regulates the Electronic Registration of Power. Article 9.1 of this Order states that the accession of a ministerial department or public body to the Register shall be effected by publication in the "Official State Gazette" of a Resolution of the holder of the Secretariat of the the department or the head of the body. It also establishes that in this Resolution, the initial procedures and actions will be carried out by electronic means for which the representation incorporated in the Electronic Register of Power will be valid.

In its virtue, I resolve:

First. Accession of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment to the Electronic Register of Power.

The procedures and actions that appear in the electronic headquarters of the Ministry are incorporated into the catalogue of formalities and actions for which it can be taken to be carried out by the Internet before the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment.

Second. Application.

This Resolution will be applicable from its publication in the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment.
