the final provision of Order INT/2202/2014 of 24 November 2014, for the development of the regime applicable to reproductions or replicas of old firearms, authorises the Director-General of the Civil Guard to dictate how many provisions require the development and application of the same.

This Ministerial Order has in its article 8.b. which, by resolution of the Director General of the Civil Guard, according to the provisions of Article 98.2 of Royal Decree 137/1993, of 29 January, approving the Regulations of Arms, will determine the theoretical-practical tests of training to be in possession of the necessary knowledge on the conservation, maintenance and management of replicas or reproductions of old firearms.

In its virtue, I have the following:

First. Enforcement and assessment of evidence.

The result of the training tests required in Article 8.b.) of Order INT/2202/2014 of 24 November 2014 on the development of the arrangements applicable to reproductions or replicas of old firearms, for the purpose of obtaining special authorisation for the use of replicas or reproductions of firearms Old fire, will be evaluated by this Directorate General of the Civil Guard.

Overcoming testing will be a prerequisite for those wishing to obtain, for the first time, special authorization for the use of replicas or reproductions of old firearms.

Second. Exemptions.

1. They shall be exempt from the conduct of the training tests, who possess or have licensed "A" weapons, and those who have had before the entry into force of Order INT/2202/2014 of 24 November, reproductions or replicas of weapons of old fire guided by the special authorisation of Article 107 of the Arms Regulation.

2. In the case of replicas or reproductions of short old firearms, those who hold or have licensed "F" weapons of category 1 or 2. and of the 3rd category shall also be exempt if the latter was obtained by exceeding the tests. with short weapon.

3. For the use of replicas or reproductions of long-standing firearms, those holding or possessing a "D", "E" or special authorization for minors, as well as a "F" arms licence of category 1 or 2, shall be exempt. 3. th category, if the latter was obtained by overcoming the long-weapon tests.

Third. Content of the training tests.

Training tests will consist of a theoretical exercise and a practical test.

The theoretical exercise will deal with the Weapons Regulations and the necessary knowledge of conservation, maintenance and management. Its content is regulated in Annex I to this resolution.

The practical test will be performed in legally authorized fields, polygons or shooting galleries, and its purpose will be to check the skill for the handling and use of the weapons that will protect the special authorization for replicas or reproductions of old firearms. Its content is regulated in Annex II to this resolution.

Fourth. Educational establishments.

The entities authorized under the Ministry of the Interior Order of 18 March 1998, regulating the training tests to obtain certain weapons licenses and the requirements for the qualification of entities engaged in the relevant teaching, may also engage in the necessary teaching and exercise to overcome the evidence of obtaining the special authorisation for the use of replicas or reproductions of old firearms.

To this effect they will request from the Central Intervention of Arms and Explosives the extension of the authorization with which they count, having to commit to obtain specific didactic material relative to the replicas or reproductions of Old firearms.

Fifth. Court of assessment of evidence.

The Tribunal for the Evaluation of Evidence shall be composed in accordance with the provisions of the "D" and "E" tests in the Resolution of 19 October 1998, of this Directorate-General.

Sixth. Theoretical test.

The Head of the Civil Guard Command, at the proposal of the Arms Controller and Explosives of the same, shall establish for each call the concrete content of the theoretical test.

This test will consist of twenty (20) test-type questions, of which only one will be correct. The questions shall be included in the programme referred to in Annex I to this resolution.

To obtain the result of APTO in the theoretical test it will be necessary to answer correctly at least sixteen (16) of the twenty (20) questions of the exercise.

Seventh. Practical test.

It will be performed in legally authorized fields, polygons, or shooting galleries. The applicant shall use for the practical test any of the replicas or reproductions of old firearms registered in its Register-Book. The transfer of the said weapons to the places where the test is carried out shall be carried out in accordance with Article 107.b. of the Arms Regulations.

If the data subject intends to guide replicas or reproductions of short and long old firearms, he must pass two tests, one with long weapon and one with a short weapon.

The practical test shall be performed in accordance with Annex II to this resolution.

Eighth. Minutes.

The result of the theoretical and practical tests shall be reflected in the minutes, which shall be published at the headquarters of the Command in which they are performed, and shall be notified to the data subject.

Ninth. Number of calls and means of impeachment.

The failure to pass the tests shall be communicated by resolution to the data subject, stating the resources that he may present.

If the interested party runs out of three calls, the file will be submitted to the file.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This resolution shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

ANNEX II

Acts of incorporation of the practical test to assess the ability to manage and use the replicas or reproductions of old firearms

1. Action to load the weapon.

1.1 Positive rating: Correct realization of all accurate acts so that the weapon is ready to produce the shot.

1.2 Negative aspects: Do not execute correctly all the precise acts so that the weapon is ready to produce the shot. Direct the firearm from the weapon to the location other than the target's location. Make during this action some shooting. Place the finger on the trigger during this action.

2. Point action.

2.1 Positive assessment: Correct use of the visual organs and upper members of the shooter to obtain the alignment of the weapon's aim elements with the target and use of its lower limbs for achieve sufficient stability to maintain such alignment for a reasonable time.

2.2 Negative Aspects: Do not properly use the visual organs and top members of the shooter to obtain the alignment of the weapon's marksmanship with the white and incorrect use of its lower limbs for sufficient stability to maintain such alignment for a reasonable period of time. 3. Shoot action.

They will be performed in the standing position and without support.

3.1 With replicas or reproductions of short old firearms, five shots will be fired at a target of 50 centimeters in diameter, located 25 meters from the firing line.

3.1.1 Positive rating: Realization of the five shots with a result of at least two impacts on the target.

3.1.2 Negative aspects: Direct the firearm of the weapon in place other than that of the location of the targets. Make some shot before or after the whistle blow that indicates the beginning or end of the action. Performance of the five shots without obtaining at least two impacts on the target. 3.2 With replicas or reproductions of long old firearms, five shots will be fired at a target of 50 centimeters in diameter, located 25 meters from the firing line.

3.2.1 Positive assessment: Realization of the five shots with the result of at least one impact on the target.

3.2.2 Negative Aspects: Direct the firearm of the weapon to the place other than the location of the targets.
