The final provision second order INT/2202/2014, of 24 November, which develops the regime applicable to reproductions or replicas of antique firearms, authorizes the Director-General of the Civil Guard to dictate how many provisions require the development and application of it.

Article 12, of the above-mentioned Ministerial order provides that natural or legal persons who are holders of reproductions or replicas of antique firearms, are obliged to keep them in a safe place and take the necessary measures to be determined by resolution of the Director-General of the Civil Guard, to prevent their loss, theft or abduction.

By virtue, I have the following: first. Custody of the weapons.

The replica or replicas of antique firearms that are guided under the authorization for use, in accordance with article 107 of Royal Decree 137/1993 of 29 January, which approves the regulation of weapons and article 7 of the order INT/2202/2014, 24 November by which develops the regime applicable to reproductions or replicas of antique firearms, they saved the homes of their owners or at premises of undertakings or entities specialized in the custody of weapons, in accordance with the provisions of articles 83 and 144 of the regulation of weapons.

In private homes, the replica or replicas of antique firearms that meet the definition of article 2 of the regulation of firearms long gun, will be kept complete, or their closures or fundamental pieces, in safes, cabinets or dealers, with at least one degree of safety class I established in the norm UNE EN 1143-1.

Second. Security measures of weapons on display.

Third party. Inspection.

Weapons and explosives of the Guardia Civil intervention may ask holders of replicas or reproductions of antique firearms the presentation thereof, as established in article 144 of the regulation of weapons.

Sole final provision. Entry into force.

This resolution shall enter into force the day after its publication in the «Official Gazette».
