In compliance with the provisions of Article 2.6 of Order AAA/130 7/2013 of 1 July 2013 establishing a management plan for vessels of the censuses of the national fishing grounds of Cantabrian and Northwest, as amended by the Order AAA/417/2014, dated 17 March,

This General Secretariat of Fisheries, hearing the sector concerned, resolves:

First.

Publish as an annex the census of vessels authorized to fish for southern hake in Divisions VIIIc and IXa of the Cantabrian Northwest fishing grounds in 2015, as well as the individual quota of hake assigned to each one.

Second.

According to Article 2.6.d of Order AAA/130 7/2013, of July 1, the conditions for a flying vessel to be able to use its fishing possibilities for hake and consequently to fish for that species, as well as to make temporary transfer of such fishing opportunities are, to be discharged from the operational fleet census as a flying vessel and to have the Electronic Journal on Board of operation.

Third.

All vessels are included in the recovery plan for the southern hake, in particular in terms of effort limitation days.

Fourth.

As a general rule, according to Annex IIB to R (EU) 2015/104 of 19 January, all vessels complying with the provisions of paragraph 2 may make use of all fishing opportunities allocated but with a limitation of 114 days of fishing for the period 1 February 2015 to 31 January 2016. If a vessel can demonstrate that its catches of hake represent less than 8% of the total live weight of the fish caught on a given tide, the days of sea associated with that tide shall not be counted for the calculation of the maximum number of 114 days of sea.

Fifth.

However, as set out in point 6.1.a of Annex IIB to Regulation 2015/104 of 19 January, the following vessel may be accepted as a special condition for the allocation of days according to which: can have unlimited fishing days in 2015 provided that their catches do not exceed 5 tn. At the time you exceed this amount you will be applied the limit of effort days quoted in the previous section:

Sixth.

This Resolution will produce effects for the 2015 fishing campaign, from January 1 to December 31.
