Seen the updating of the list of services draft prepared by the Secretariat (Subdirectorate-General for administrative information and inspection service), and in accordance with the favorable report of the State Agency of evaluation of public policies and the quality of services of the Ministry of finance and public administration, this Undersecretary, on use of the competition that assigned to it by article 11.1 of the Royal Decree 951/2005 , July 29, by which establishes the general framework for the improvement of the quality in the General Administration of the State, it has resolved: first.

Approve the update of the Charter of services of the General Sub-Directorate of administrative information and General inspection of services.


Order the publication of this resolution in the «Official Gazette».
