Having regard to the draft update of the Charter of Services prepared by the Secretariat (General Administration of Administrative Information and Services), and in accordance with the Agency's favourable report State of Public Policy Assessment and Quality of Services of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations,
This Sub-Secretariat, in use of the competence assigned to it in Article 11.1 of Royal Decree 951/2005, of July 29, establishing the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State, has resolved:
First.
Approve the Update of the Services Charter for the General Administration of Administrative Information and Services General Inspection.
Second.
Order the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Bulletin".
The text of this Charter of Services will be available at the Department's electronic headquarters, in compliance with the provisions of Article 6.2 (b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009. partially develops Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services.
