The management of the staff of the Justice Administration and its integration into the units that make up the structure of the Judicial Offices will be carried out through the relations of the jobs, in accordance with the Article 521 of the Organic Law 6/1985, of July 1, of the Judiciary.

The Autonomous Communities with assumed powers, prior to the General Council of the Judiciary and negotiation with the trade union organizations most representative of their territorial scope, will proceed to the initial approval of the relations of jobs of the Judicial Office in their respective territorial areas, corresponding their definitive approval to this Ministry, in accordance with article 522 of the aforementioned Organic Law.

The Xunta de Galicia, by Resolution of the Director General of Justice of March 10, 2015, has initially approved the relation of jobs of the Fiscal Offices in Galicia so, not attending impediments of legality, its final approval by this Ministry is appropriate.

In your virtue I have:

Single item.

To approve the employment relationship of the various units of the Fiscal Office in the Autonomous Community of Galicia contained in Annex I, as well as the specific codes of the same.

Transitional disposition.

As long as the coupling process is not concluded and the officials involved do not take ownership in the new jobs provided for in these relations, they will continue to provide services in their current destinations and to receive the Remuneration to be paid to them.
