In exercise of the powers conferred by article 10(2). b) of law 10/1990 of 15 October, sport, the Commission directive of the upper Council of sports at its meeting of April 27, 2014, has finally adopted the deletion of paragraph 5 of article 59 of the Statute of the Real Spanish Equestrian Federation, authorizing their entry in the register of sports associations.

In compliance of it planned in the article 31.7 of the law of the sport and article 12.3 of the Real Decree 1835 / 1991, of 20 of December, on federations sports Spanish and registration of associations sports, have it publication of the modification of them statutes of the Real Federation equestrian Spanish, contained in the annex to the present resolution.

ANNEX STATUTES OF THE ROYAL FEDERATION EQUESTRIAN SPANISH article 59.º the disciplinary authority which corresponds to the RFHE shall: 1. by a sports Disciplinary Committee constituted in the bosom of the RFHE and composed by a lawyer of recognized prestige, appointed by the President of the RFHE and who will be the Chair of the Committee, a Vice-President nominated by the President and two members appointed by the Executive Committee of the general Assembly of the RFHE.

2. against decisions rendered by the sports Disciplinary Committee it will fit to appeal to the Appeal Committee, composed of five members who shall be appointed by the President of the RFHE, two of them freely appointed by the President, and the three others appointed on the proposal, respectively, the Technical Committee of judges, the Executive Committee of the general Assembly and the Board of Directors. Will preside over this organ who is elected by and from its members, must, in all case, hold the condition of licensed in right.

3. for the purposes referred to in the preceding paragraph the RFHE will require each of the estates and represented in the respective committees collegiate organs, so that, in not more than ten days term, formulate the corresponding proposal. If elapsed said term, any or some of those not so made, the President of the Federation shall be the appointment or appointments of that is try.

4. the agreements of appeal committees shall be appealable to the Spanish Committee of sporting discipline.
