The management of the staff of the Justice Administration and its integration into the units that make up the structure of the Judicial Offices will be carried out through the relations of the jobs, in accordance with the Article 521 of the Organic Law 6/1985, of July 1, of the Judiciary.

The Autonomous Communities with assumed powers, prior to the General Council of the Judiciary and negotiation with the trade union organizations most representative of their territorial scope, will proceed to the initial approval of the relations of jobs of the Judicial Offices in their respective territorial areas, corresponding their definitive approval to this Ministry, in accordance with article 522 of the said Organic Law.

The Basque Government, by Resolution of the Counsellor of Public Administration and Justice of 17 February 2015, has initially approved the employment relationship of the judicial party of Barakaldo, so, not attending Impediments to legality, final approval by this Ministry proceeds.

In your virtue I have:

Single item.

Definitively approve the employment relationship of the various units of the Judicial Office in the judicial party of Barakaldo, which are contained in Annex I.

Transitional disposition.

As long as the coupling process is not concluded and the officials involved do not take ownership in the new jobs provided for in these relations, they will continue to provide services in their current destinations and to receive the Remuneration to be paid to them.
