Warning of error in the Resolution of 10 December 2014, of the Secretariat of State of Public Administrations, published in "BOE" n ° 305, dated 18 December 2014, amending that of 14 June 2012, on the delegation of powers, the following correction is made:

Paragraph two of the single article of the Resolution of 10 December 2014, of the Secretariat of State of Public Administrations, amending that of 14 June 2012, should be worded as follows: replacing the current wording:

" Two. The current Article 3 (2) becomes paragraph 3 of that Article and is worded as follows:

'' 3. The following powers are delegated to the Directorate-General for the Coordination of Competences with the Autonomous Communities and Local Entities, the Directorate-General for the Civil Service, and the Directorate-General for the Organization of the Administrative and Procedures, within the framework of the competences of each of the respective management centres:

(a) The approval and commitment of expenditure, as well as the recognition and proposal for the payment of the economic obligations relating to current and capital expenditure, which are the own of the respective management centres, up to the limit of EUR 600,000, except as expressly delegated to other bodies.

b) The powers of contracting and formalization of collaboration agreements attributed to the Secretary of State, pursuant to Article 316 of the recast of the Law on Public Sector Contracts and Article 14.6 of the Law 6/1997, of 14 April, up to the limit of 600,000 euros.

(c) The powers that Article 10 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, recognizes to the Secretaries of State in matters of convocation and grant of grants, up to the limit of 600,000 euros.

d) The formalisation of management agreements referred to in Article 4.1.n) of the recast text of the Public Sector Contracts Act, up to the limit of EUR 600,000. ''

As a result of the change in numbering, paragraph 3, concerning the delegation of powers to the Directorate-General for the Coordination of the Peripheral Administration of the State, becomes paragraph 4, and the 4, 5 and 6 become new paragraphs 5, 6 and 7, respectively.
