To all who present it and understand it.

Sabed: That the General Courts have approved and I come to sanction the following law:

PREAMBLE

Law 2/1974, of 13 February, of Professional Colleges, establishes in Article 4.4 that when several colleges of the same profession are constituted of the same profession of inferior to the national, there will be a General Council of Colleges, whose creation is to take place by law of the State, as provided for in Article 15.3 of Law 12/1983 of 14 October of the Autonomous Process.

The situation described above is currently occurring in relation to the profession of Pedagogues and Psychopedagogues, and it is therefore appropriate to constitute the corresponding General Council of Official Colleges by this standard. Pedagogues and Psychopedagogues.

Article 1. Creation.

The General Council of Official Colleges of Pedagogues and Psychopedagogues is hereby established as a corporation of public law which will have legal personality and full capacity for the fulfilment of its purposes under the Law.

Article 2. Relations with the General Administration of the State.

The General Council of Official Colleges of Pedagogues and Psychopedagogues will be related to the General Administration of the State through the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.

Additional disposition first. Gestora Commission.

1. Within two months of the entry into force of this law, a Gestora Commission shall be constituted composed of a representative of each of the Official Colleges of Pedagogical and Psychopedagogues in the national territory, provided that they are either made up or formally created by the corresponding stand-alone community.

2. Within six months of the entry into force of this law, the Gestora Commission shall draw up provisional Statutes of the governing bodies of the General Council of Pedagogues and Psychopedagogues, which shall include: the rules for the establishment and functioning of such bodies, with the express determination of independent, but coordinated, competence of each of them.

3. The provisional Statutes shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport which shall verify their suitability for legality and shall, where appropriate, order their publication in the Official Gazette of the State.

Additional provision second. Constitution of the General Council of Pedagogical Officers and Psychopedagogues.

1. The General Council of the Official Colleges of Pedagogical and Psychopedagogy will be formally constituted and will acquire legal personality and full capacity to act at the time its governing bodies are set up in accordance with the provisions of the Provisional statutes referred to in the previous provision.

2. Within one year of its establishment, the General Council of the Official Colleges of Pedagogical and Psychopedagogy shall draw up the Statutes provided for in Articles 6.2 and 9.1.b of Law 2/1974 of 13 February of Professional Colleges, which shall be subject to the approval of the Government, on a proposal from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This law will enter into force on the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

Therefore,

I command all Spaniards, individuals and authorities, to keep and keep this law.
