The law 62 / 2003, of 30 of December, of measures fiscal, administrative and of the order social, in its article 102, modified the article 81 of the law 42 / 1994, of 30 of December, of measures fiscal, administrative and of order social, giving a new terminology in relation to them coins commemorative and of collection, of conformity with the terminology used in them provisions and normative European.

In the new wording of the quoted article 81 set, inter alia, that, as of January 2004, are referred to as coins in collection euro, euro coins not intended for circulation, usually in precious metals, with a nominal value and different to those aimed at circulation design. These coins should differ significantly of them circulated in, at least, two of the three features following: colour, weight and diameter.

In the same provision is authorized in General to the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda, coining and sell coins of all kinds. The issue and sale of these coins will be agreed by order of the Ministry of economy and competitiveness which, in accordance with the European provisions, shall determine the characteristics of the coins, their face values and initial dates of issue and, where applicable, retail prices.

Article 5 of the Regulation (EU) number 651/2012, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012, relative to the issuance of euro coins, regulates the issuance of collector coins.

((He article 3.1. to) and 3.1. m) of the Real Decree 345 / 2012, of 10 of February, (by which is develops the structure organic basic of the Ministry of economy and competitiveness and is modifies the Real Decree 1887 / 2011, of 30 of December, by which is sets the structure organic basic of them departments ministerial), in the new wording given by the article second paragraph three of the Real Decree 672 2014, of 1 August, (by amending the Royal Decree 1887 / 2011, of 30 December, which establishes the basic organizational structure of the ministerial departments and the Royal Decree 345/2012, of 10 February, which develops the basic organizational structure of the Ministry of economy and competitiveness and amending the Royal Decree 1887 / 2011) (, of 30 of December, by which is sets the structure organic basic of them departments ministerial), attributed, to the Secretariat General of the treasure and political financial, besides them powers recognized in the legislation existing, and, between others, them of coinage of currency and the representation in the Subcommittee European of coins («Eurocoin Subcommittee»).

A series of commemorative coins of the IV centenary of the publication of the "second part of the ingenious gentleman Don Quixote», by Miguel de Cervantes is issued.

By virtue, I have: article 1. Issuance agreement.

Is agrees, for the year 2015, the emission, coinage and put in circulation of a series of coins of collection that commemorate the IV centenary of the publication of the «second part of the ingenious knight Don Quixote of it spot».

Article 2. Characteristics of the parts.

100 euro coin's face value (2 coats, gold of 999 thousandths).

Tolerance in law: minimum of 999 thousandths.

Weight: 6.75 g with a tolerance of more or less than 0.15 g.

Diameter: 23 mm.

Shape: Circular with a fluted edge.

Quality: Proof.

Reasons: On the obverse the King Don Felipe reproduces the effigy of his Majesty. In the upper part of the coin, circular sense and capital letters, the legend PHILIP VI KING OF SPAIN. At the bottom of the coin, between two points, figure the year of mintage, 2015. Surrounds them motifs and legends a beading of pearls.

The reverse depicts an image of Don Quixote, sitting, reading. To the left of the image central, in sense circular ascending and in capital letters, the legend THE QUIXOTE II; to the right of the central image, in two lines and uppercase, the value of the 100 EURO piece; below, the ECSC brand. In the upper part of the coin clockwise circular dates to 1615 and 2015, separated by a hyphen. A parallel to trim border, surrounding the motifs and legends both with four equally spaced semicircular notches.

10 euro face value coin (8 reales, silver of 925 thousandths, being the rest of copper).

Tolerance in law: minimum of 925 thousandths.

Weight: 27 g with a tolerance of more or less than 0.27 g.

Diameter: 40 mm.

Shape: Circular with canto striated.

Quality: Proof.

Reasons: On the obverse the King Don Felipe reproduces the effigy of his Majesty. In the upper part of the coin, circular sense and capital letters, the legend PHILIP VI KING OF SPAIN. At the bottom of the coin, between two points, figure the year of mintage, 2015. A Pearl border surrounds the motifs and legends.

The reverse depicts an image of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza on the backs of their horses. To the left of the central image, circular upwards and uppercase legend EL QUIXOTE II; on the right, the brand of ECSC. To the right of the central image, in two lines and uppercase, the value of the piece 10 EURO. In the upper part of the coin clockwise circular dates to 1615 and 2015, separated by a hyphen. A parallel to trim border, surrounding the motifs and legends both with four equally spaced semicircular notches.

Article 3. Maximum number of parts.

The maximum number of pieces that are binding for each of the denominations will be provided below: denomination face value maximum number of parts 2 shields.

7,500 the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda is authorized to allocate to the Numismatic Museum of this entity funds up to a maximum of five pieces of each of the coins minted under this ministerial order and, where appropriate, those industrial elements of its manufacturing by the characteristics of the emission museological or Numismatic interest.

Article 4. Initial date of issue.

The initial date of issue will take place during the first half of the year 2015.

Article 5. Mintage and circulation.

Such coins are coined on behalf of the State in the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda, which will deliver them to the Bank of Spain through the contribution of the representative of the coins documents.

The Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda will proceed to the payment of the face value of these coins, which will be paid to the public Treasury, and once acquired, proceed on the market using the process outlined below.

Article 6. Marketing process.

The Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda will proceed to the commercialization of these coins, collections, alone, by itself or through entities hired to effect, which shall undertake to dispense them to the public on a regular basis, as well as to export.

Article 7. Prices for sale to the public.

The initial selling prices to the public, VAT excluded, of each of the pieces, will be those expressed below: denomination face value price initial sale to the public (excluding VAT) 2 shields.

These parts may be sold individually or form collections, in which case the price will be the sum of the individual prices of the pieces that form them.

In the event that, once in effect this provision, the official exchange rates of the relevant markets to precious metals used in their production and coinage, they were experiencing fluctuations above four per cent of the arithmetic mean of the daily quotes of the month prior to such entry into force, modifying the values of used metals and, therefore, the initial retail prices established the General Directorate of the Treasury and financial policy, in accordance with such quotes may revise initial prices of these currencies, upward or downward, following a report of the Bank of Spain and the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda.

Article 8. Measures for the implementation of this order.

The General Directorate of the Treasury and financial policy will adopt measures that are accurate for the implementation of this order.

Sole final provision. Effects.

This order will produce effects from the day following its publication in the "Official Gazette".
