In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, by which establishes the general framework for the improvement of the quality in the General Administration of the State, the Subdirectorate-General for information, documentation and publications of the General technical secretariat has proposed updating the Charter of services of the central file.
Article 11(1) of the aforementioned provision establishes that services letters and their subsequent updates will be approved by resolution of the Undersecretary of the Department to which belongs the organ or the proponent Agency is attached.
Seen favorable report issued in this regard by the State Agency of evaluation of public policies and the quality of services of date 8 may 2015, under the powers that gives the current regulations concerning Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, by which establishes the general framework for improvement of the quality of the General Administration of the State This secretariat has resolved to approve the update the Charter of services of the central file of General Subdirectorate of information, documentation and publications of the General Technical Secretary of finance and public administration for the period 2015-2018, which will take effect from the day following the publication of this resolution in the «Official Gazette».
The above list of services must be available in the electronic office of this Ministry, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph (b)) of article 6.2 of the Royal Decree 1671 / 2009, dated November 6, which is partially developed law 11/2007, of 22 June, electronic access of citizens to public services. Furthermore it will be available in the Internet Portal of the Ministry and at the point of access (PAG).
