Obtained prior favourable report of the Agency for the quality of the University system in Castilla y León (ACSUCYL), as well as the authorization of the autonomous community of Castile and Leon by agreement 7/2015, of 29 January, verification of the curriculum by the Council of universities, and established the character of the title by agreement of the Council of Ministers of February 20, 2015 (BOE 2015 March 18) , and to comply with the planned article 35.4 of the organic law 6/2001, of 21 December, on universities in the wording given by the organic law 4/2007, of 12 April, amending the organic law 6/2001, of 21 December, on universities, this Chancellor has resolved to publish the curriculum leading to the degree of the official Master's degree in agri-food biotechnology , by the Universidad Católica Santa Teresa de Jesús de Ávila, which will be structured as shown in the annex to this resolution.
