AGREEMENT OF THE NEGOTIATING COMMISSION OF THE XV COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE ELEVEN AND ITS STAFF

In Madrid, at 29 April 2015, at the premises of the Directorate General of the ONCE, Calle Prado, 24, the representations of the Company and of the workers, constituted in the Negotiating Commission of the XV Collective Convention, are gathered. of the ONCE and its staff, convened for these purposes in accordance with Article 88 of the Staff Regulations.

The Permanent Executive Committee of the General Council of the ONCE, at its extraordinary session, held on 4 February 2015, adopted the CEP.4 (E)/2015 -3.4 Agreement, authorizing the marketing of product tickets. Gold of the Red Cross ", to be held in July 2015, through the network of vendors of the ONCE, under the General Agreement with the Government of the Nation, and under the conditions indicated in the General Council Agreement.

The regulation of the remuneration conditions, for the selling agents, of the Sorteo del Oro of the Red Cross, a matter not determined by the XV Convention of the ONCE and its personnel, which in its article refers, for the remuneration for extraordinary products, and for any other products that the ONCE is placing on the market, as determined in each case by the Negotiating Commission.

The following text is approved by a majority, with the abstention of Comisiones Obreras, with the same value of the agreement as Collective Agreement:

1.
