By resolution of the Mr. Rector Magfco., of date 29 of mayo of 2015, is has willing it following: in compliance of it willing in the article 35.4 of the law organic 6 / 2001, of 21 of December, of universities, modified by the law organic 4 / 2007 of 12 of April, a time obtained the verification of the plan of studies by the Council of universities according to the Real Decree 1393 / 2007 , of 29 of October, by which is sets the management of them teachings University official, modified by the Real Decree 861 / 2010, of 2 of July, prior report positive of the Agency national of the quality and accreditation, and declared the character official of the title by agreement of Council of Ministers, of 17 of April of 2015, published in the «Bulletin official of the State» the 7 of mayo of 2015 , for resolution of the Secretary General of universities, of 22 April 2015, this Chancellor has decided to order the publication of the curriculum conducive to obtaining the official diploma of graduate or graduate in business International/International Business by the University Miguel Hernández of Elche, which is structured as it is noted in the annex to this resolution.
