Taking into account, on the one hand, that Royal Decree 19/2014, of 17 January, by which the autonomous organisms National Institute of Consumption and Spanish Agency of Food Safety and Nutrition are recast in a new organism The Spanish Agency for Consumer Affairs, Food Safety and Nutrition assumes the functions that previously corresponded to the recast bodies, as set out in Article 3.

And, on the other hand, Royal Decree 1801/2003 of 26 December 2003 on general product safety, transposition of Directive 2001 /95/EC of 3 December, lays down, in Article 3.6, the obligation on the part of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, today Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, by resolution of the Director of the National Institute of Consumption, today Executive Director of the Spanish Agency for Consumption, Food Security and Nutrition, to publish in the "Official Journal of the State", the references of the UNE EN standards such a provision, updating and deleting them, if any.

In the Resolution of 21 June 2004 (BOE No. 170 of 15 July) the first European standards published by the Commission in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ of 24 April 2004) were collected. The Resolution of 27 September 2006 (BOE No. 248, of 17 October), the Resolution of 8 March 2007 (BOE No. 74, of 27), the Resolution of June 20, 2011 (BOE No. 169, of July 15), the Resolution of December 26, 2011 (BOE No. 9, of 11 January 2012), the Resolution of 23 July 2012 (BOE No. 196, of 16 August), the Resolution of 12 February 2014 (BOE No. 53, of 3 March), the Resolution of 31 July 2014 (BOE No. 206, of 25 August) extended the annex with the rules that the Commission subsequently published in the DOUE.

Having produced new decisions and subsequent Commission communications in the framework of the implementation of Directive 2001 /95/EC on references of European standards under that Directive (OJ L 111, 30 April 2015) it is necessary to transpose it into national law.

This Resolution has passed to a mandatory report from the Directorate-General responsible for industrial safety.

This Agency, according to the powers granted to it by Royal Decree 19/2014 and in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 6. Article 3, of Royal Decree 1801/2003, has decided to publish, for information purposes, and to update the list of rules contained in the Annex to the Resolution of 21 June 2004, which will be replaced by the list of rules accompanying the Resolution as an annex.

Madrid, June 25, 2015. -Executive Director of the Spanish Agency for Consumption, Food Security and Nutrition, Teresa Robledo of God.
