The Resolution of 13 May 2009, of the Carlos III Health Institute, on the delegation of competences (published in the "Official State Gazette" of 3 June 2009), provides the delegation, by the Director of the Institute of Health Health Carlos III, exercising certain powers of his own in organs of the public body of inquiry.

Internal organizational reasons advise to modify the content of this delegation, in the sense that the opening, instruction and resolution of the refund procedures in the sub-programmes referred to in the Health Strategic Action grants and grants are the direct competence of the head of the Directorate, in order to improve the efficiency of the management of resources.

This modification resolution is dictated in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure.

In its virtue, I resolve:

Single item. Amendment of the Resolution of 13 May 2009, of the Carlos III Health Institute, on delegation of powers.

Unique. Paragraph 3 of the third paragraph is worded as follows:

" 3. The verification of the justification of the aid and subsidies granted by the body. '

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette"
