In accordance with the provisions of Article 320 of the Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011 of 14 November, approving the recast of the Law on Public Sector Contracts and Article 21 of the Royal Decree 817/2009, of 8 May, for which the Law 30/2007, of 30 October, of Contracts of the Public Sector is partially developed, as well as in Chapter II of Title II of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of Legal Regime and of the procedure Common Administrative, available:

First.

The composition of the Permanent Recruitment Board of the body constituted by Resolution of 20 December 2004, of the National Museum of the Prado, is modified, becoming integrated by the following members:

President: The Deputy Director of Administration, who may be replaced in case of absence, vacancy or illness by the member of the highest hierarchy, seniority in the Public Administration and age, in this order, among the Members of the Recruitment Bureau.

Vocals:

(a) A State Attorney for the State Legal Service.

b) The Financial Controller in the Agency.

(c) The General Coordinator of Administration, which may be replaced in the event of absence, vacancy or illness by a person responsible for a category equal to or greater than the Head of Service assigned to its General Coordination.

d) The General Coordinator of Programming and Operations, which may be replaced in the event of absence, vacancy or illness by a person responsible for a category equal to or greater than the Head of Service assigned to its General Coordination.

Secretary: The Head of Legal Service, who will have a voice but no vote and may be replaced in the event of absence, vacancy or illness by a person responsible for a category equal to or above the Head of Service.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with Article 21.5 of Royal Decree 817/2009 of 8 May, for which the Law 30/2007 of 30 October of Contracts of the Public Sector is partially developed, when the singularity of the the contracting authority may provide a specific recruitment bureau as regards its composition, for the appropriate assistance in the award of the contract.

In any case, among the Vocals in attendance must necessarily be a State Advocate and an Interventor to enable the Bureau to be constituted.

Second.

This Resolution repeals the Resolution of 20 March 2007, of the National Museum of the Prado, which modifies the composition of the Permanent Recruitment Bureau.

Third.

This Resolution shall have effect from the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
