VICE-RECTORATE FOR DEGREE AND INNOVATION STUDIES, FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF THE COUNTRY VASCO/EUSKAL HERRIKO UNIBERTSITATEA

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 28 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 laying down the procedure for the amendment of studies already verified and once received the communication from the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA), accepting the modification presented for the change of denomination of the curriculum corresponding to the teaching of the Degree in Marine Engineering, official title established by Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 12 November 2010, published by Resolution of 22 November 2010 of the General Secretariat of Universities in the "Official State Gazette" dated 16 December 2010.

In application of the judgment of the Supreme Court 158/2011, I resolve to order the publication of the modification of the title of the title of the "Degree in Marine Engineering" that was published by the Rectoral Resolution of 20 December 2010 of the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, Official Gazette of the State of January 31, 2011 and "Official Gazette of the Basque Country" of March 3, 2011, for the title "Degree in Marina" of the University of the Country Basque/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, as well as the curriculum leading to such a degree, in the terms set out in the Annex to this resolution.
