The Council of Ministers, at its meeting on 31 July 2015, adopted the Agreement establishing the module for the distribution of the credit contained in the General Budget of the State for the year 2015, to be allocated to the subsidising the operating costs of the peace courts.

For general knowledge we proceed to the publication of the above mentioned agreement as an annex to this order.

ANNEX

First.

Grants to local councils for the running costs of peace courts will be modulated according to the population of law in the municipalities, in accordance with the following sections:

Second.

By virtue of the provisions of the additional provision of Law 39/1992 of 29 December 1992 of the General Budget of the State for 1993, the municipalities of the municipalities of each of the The Secretariat of the Court of Justice, established in accordance with the provisions of Article 50.1 and 2 of Law 38/1988 of 28 December of 28 December, of demarcation and of a judicial plant, shall receive 50% of the amount which, per population of law, shall be corresponds.

The other 50 percent will increase the amount that, according to their right population, corresponds to the municipalities of the municipalities that are located in the aforementioned groups.

Third.

This agreement will apply to the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands, the Community of Castilla y León, the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha, the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.

In accordance with the provisions of the Royal Decrees 966/1990 of 20 July; 1684/1987 of 6 November; 2166/1994 of 4 November; 293/1995 of 24 February; 2462/1996 of 2 December; 142/1997 of 31 January; 813/1999; 14 May; 1429/2002 of 27 December; 966/2006 of 1 September; 817/2007 of 22 June; 1702/2007 of 14 December 2007 and 1800/2010 of 30 December 2010 on the transfer of the functions of the State Administration to the Generality of Catalonia; Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, Autonomous Community of Galicia, Comunitat Valenciana, Community Autonomous Region of the Canary Islands, Autonomous Community of Andalusia, Community of Navarra, Community of Madrid, Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias, Autonomous Community of Cantabria, Autonomous Community of Aragon and Autonomous Community of La Rioja, respectively, with regard to the provision of material and economic resources for the operation of the Administration of Justice, this agreement shall not apply to the municipalities of the aforementioned autonomous communities.
