After three years of implementation of the Ministerial order 9/2012, of 20 February, by which approve curricula of studies of the teaching training official for integration or secondment to the scale of official of body quartermaster of the army of air through the form of income with prior qualifications, it has become clear that the responsibilities assigned to this body , they claim some powers which cannot be achieved with the curricula currently in force of a term course, since preparation for the tasks of sourcing that establishes the additional provision primera.3 of the Royal Decree 711/2010, 28 of may, which approves the regulation of fundamentals of military specialties, requires specific training more deep that which has been done.

For this reason, we considered it necessary to increase the duration of the curriculum from one year to two, for integration into the official scale, modeled on training of the officers of the General body of the air force through forms of income with qualifications.

This ministerial order establishes temporary planning of curricula and the Centre where you can take, indicating credit ECTS ("European Credit Transfer System") of each subject, the matter to which it belongs and the module in which it is immersed.

Also includes the ECTS or earlier, provided them to the students of military origin and are certain materials and subjects likely to be imparted, partially or totally, remote learning, students in a situation of pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who may not participate in person.

Article 15 of the General guidelines for the preparation of the curricula of the teaching of training for access to the different scales of official bodies of the armed forces, approved by the order DEF/810/2015, may 4, establishes that military training curricula shall be drawn up by the heads of State most of the army the Navy and the air force and, in the case of public bodies, by Undersecretary of Defense and approved by the Minister of defence.

During its processing, this project was informed by the professional associations with representation on the Board of staff of the armed forces, in accordance with article 40.2. b) of law 9/2011, of 27 July, rights and duties of members of the armed forces and has been given knowledge of it to the rest of the professional associations listed in the register of professional associations of members of the armed forces (, in accordance with article 40.1. c) of law 9/2011, July 27. Finally, pursuant to the provisions of article 49.1. c) of the above-mentioned law, has been informed by the staff of the armed forces.

By virtue, I have: single article. Approval of curricula.

Approve the curricula of the teaching of training officers for the integration or secondment to the scale of official of body quartermaster of the army of air through the form of income with prior qualifications, whose texts are then inserted.

Sole additional provision. Any jobs.

1. pursuant to article 68.2 of law 39/2007, of 19 November, military career, students of the teaching of training officers for the integration to the scale of official of body quartermaster of the army of air, who have fully completed the first quarter of the first course, shall, be with any character and academic purposes practices and remuneration, the use of second lieutenant student.

2. by the same token, pursuant to article 68.2 of the Act 39/2007, of 19 November, students of the teaching of training officers for the secondment to the scale of officers of the Corps of intendance of the air force, who have fully completed the period of formation of a general nature, shall, be with any character and academic purposes practices and remuneration, the use of second lieutenant student.

Sole transitional provision. Extinction of the curricula.

Once they enter into force the new curricula, previous curricula shall cease academic course by course and will co-exist in the event that a student, having studied, had to repeat a year.

Sole repeal provision. Repeal legislation.

1. the Ministerial order 9/2012, of 20 February, by which approve curricula of studies of the teaching training official for integration or secondment to the scale of official of body quartermaster of the army of air through the form of income with prior qualifications shall be repealed.

2. in addition, any provision of equal or lower rank is repealed in everything in which is contrary to the provisions of this ministerial order.

Sole final provision. Entry into force.

This Ministerial order shall enter into force the day following its publication in the "Official Gazette".

Curricula approving in this ministerial order will be implemented from the year 2015-2016.

Profiles to achieve by the Lieutenant of the scale body quartermaster of the army of air officers, understood as a set of related competencies, i.e. knowledge, abilities, skills, attitudes and values, will enable you to: to) carry out the functions of technical, logistical, administrative, and teaching in the performance of its tasks in support of force, within the scope of its competence and responsibility , as well as for the use of personnel, material and financial resources for which it is responsible.

(b) adapt their actions to the circumstances, by means of analysis and deduction of adequate and appropriate options.

(c) at its level, develop, interpret, transmit and express orders and ideas in Spanish, Spanish the language official status, and English and its activity integrated in multinational military organizations.

6 article 3. Recognition of credits.

1 student who has access to the teaching of training from professional military status, is may recognize, at the request of the person concerned, the phase of reception, orientation and adaptation to the military life of the module of instruction and training.
