57. Article 1 of law 39/2007, of 19 November, military career, establishes that «for entering military schools for training in order to access the scales of the General bodies and Marine officers», «may enter, quotas of seats to be determined, with the degrees of university degree to be established taking into account the technical and professional requirements of the body and fundamental speciality to» will access»; and article 65.1, the curricula of training military general and specific and, in his case, technique shall comply with the definition of capabilities and design of profiles for professional practice laid down by the heads of State most of the army, the Navy and the air force, in their sphere of competence.

On the other hand, article 14 of the General guidelines for the preparation of the curricula of the teaching of training for access to the different scales of official bodies of the armed forces, approved by the order DEF/810/2015, may 4, establishes the design and content of the curriculum; and article 15, that military training curricula shall be drawn up by the heads of State most of the army, of the Navy and the air force and, in the case of public bodies, by the Undersecretary of Defense and approved by the Minister of defence.

Therefore this provision contains the professional profiles to achieve according to fields of activity in which the military will play, in the first employment, the tasks of the General body of the Navy and the Marine Corps respectively.

Also, the temporary planning of curricula include courses and centers where you can take, indicating for each body, the ECTS ("European Credit Transfer System") of the subjects, matters to which they belong and the modules in which they are immersed.

Also, included are the ECTS or earlier, provided them to the students of military origin and are certain materials and subjects likely to be imparted, partially or totally, remote learning, students in a situation of pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who may not participate in person.

Finally, refers to training in English language modules, stating that, given its importance, you can incorporate their learning in other modules through the development, in that language, of the whole or part of any of the subjects that comprise them.

During its processing, this project was informed by the professional associations with representation on the Board of staff of the armed forces, in accordance with article 40.2. b) of law 9/2011, of 27 July, rights and duties of members of the armed forces and has been given knowledge of it to the rest of the professional associations listed in the register of professional associations of members of the armed forces (, in accordance with article 40.1. c) of law 9/2011, July 27. Finally, pursuant to the provisions of article 49.1. c) of the above-mentioned law, has been informed by the staff of the armed forces.

By virtue, I have: single article. Approval of curricula.

Approve the curricula of the teaching of training of officers for the integration or affiliation in the General body of the Navy and the Marine Corps through the form of admission with qualification, whose texts are then inserted.

Sole additional provision. Any jobs.

1. pursuant to article 68.2 of the law 39/2007, of 19 November, military career, students of teaching training of officers for the integration into the scale of the General body of the Navy and the Marine Corps officers, entered through the form of income with requirement of prior qualification (, them shall, be with any character and academic, practical and remuneration purposes, the following jobs: to) midshipman: Once finished the first quarter of the first course.

(b) second lieutenant of frigate Alférez student: when to fulfil the required conditions to pass to the second course.

2. pursuant to article 68.2 of the law 39/2007, of 19 November, students from the teaching of training of officers for secondment to the scale of the General body of the Navy and the Marine Corps officers, shall be granted them, with any character and academic, practical and remuneration purposes, the following jobs (: a) midshipman. Once finished the first quarter of the course.

(b) second lieutenant of frigate Alférez student. During the period of the last nine weeks of practices of the module of instruction and training up to the departure date.

Sole transitional provision. Extinction of the curricula.

Once they enter into force the new curricula, previous curricula shall cease academic course by course and will co-exist in the event that a student, having studied, had to repeat a year.

Sole repeal provision. Repeal legislation.

1 is repealed the order Ministerial 44/2013, June 24, by which approve curricula of studies of the teaching training official for integration in the General body of the Navy and the Marine Corps by forms of income with qualifications.

2. in addition, any provision of equal or lower rank is repealed in everything in which is contrary to the provisions of this ministerial order.

Sole final provision. Entry into force.

This ministerial order shall enter into force the day following its publication in the "Official Gazette".

Curricula approving in this ministerial order will be implemented from the year 2015-2016.

Curriculum of teaching training of officers for the integration in the scale of officers of the General body of the Navy and Marine Corps of infantry, the form of admission with qualification article 1. Professional profiles to reach in the first employment.

The profiles to achieve, understood as a set of related competencies, i.e. knowledge, abilities, skills, attitudes and values, are classified in two main: to) profile of officer of the armed forces, individualized for the Navy and common, therefore, for the General body and Marine Corps officers. That it lumps together the so-called generic competences, whose guidance is to ensure that the official future is a military that is adapted to the naval environment with an adequate capacity of leadership, decision, command, discipline, teamwork and ethical commitment to the exercise of the military profession aboard ships of war and marine infantry units.

(b) specific profiles for each body. They are the sum of the specific skills that enable the future officer to perform the duties associated with their first operational employment in the units of the Navy, being these the following profiles: 1st officer of the General body profile. Specific competencies must equip them to exercise as an officer of the main controls of a warship, such as platform control (responsible, among other tasks, of safety in navigation, maneuver, power and propulsion and internal security); and the control of operations (responsible, among other tasks, for the maintenance of the tactical situation, employment of combat, weapons and information and communications systems).

2. profile of the officer of the Marine Corps. Specific competencies must equip them to exercise as an officer of the expeditionary force, and therefore, to treat aspects related to amphibious operations and subsequent development of ground combat operations; and as an officer of the protection force, and therefore, to address, inter alia, related to intelligence, security and protection of facilities and visit and registration of vessels.

(c) Finally, we must indicate that you have also referred to specific skills needed to manage a destination in a Navy unit, such as those relating to the management of the maintenance, instruction and training and leadership.
