Obtained the verification of the curriculum by the universities Council, prior favourable report from the National Agency for quality assessment and accreditation, as well as the authorization of the autonomous community of La Rioja, was established the official nature of the title by agreement of the Council of Ministers of October 30, 2009 (published in the «Official Gazette» of January 5, 2010).

Dated 23 June 2015 the National Agency for quality assessment and accreditation reported favorably the modification of curriculum of graduate or graduate in mathematics.

As a result, the Rector's Office, in accordance with the provisions of article 35 of the organic law 6/2001, of universities, in the wording given by the organic law 4/2007, resolves: publish the modified curriculum conducive to obtaining the official diploma of graduate or graduate in mathematics from the University of La Rioja, which will be structured as shown in the annex to this resolution.

This resolution voids and replaces that of date may 28, 2012, published in the «Official Gazette» on June 15, 2012 and in the "official bulletin of La Rioja» from June 8, 2012.

Respecto_a the optional settings, establish two routes leading to two separate profiles: a) academic orientation.

The student may choose among a range of 36 ECTS of expansion of materials of mathematics and, where appropriate, recognized activities.

(b) statistics and informatics.

The student may choose among a range of 48 credits of which at least 12 are statistics and operational research, 12 databases, external practices and, where appropriate, recognized activities 6.

To obtain the profile the student exceed 30 credits corresponding to the route. However, student can get elective credits required in the curriculum choose freely among the elective subjects offered, i.e., without linking them to a particular route. In total, 102 optional credits will be offered: 96 credits that the teacher Plan disclosed in subjects (54 credits own degree in math and up to 42 credits taken from the offer of other degrees, especially in the computer engineering degree) more 6 credits of external practices.
