Two. Amending article 26 of the general regulation of the law of contracts of the administrations public, which is drawn up in the following way: «article 26. Categories of classification of works contracts.

The contracts of works are classified in categories according to their amount. The expression of the amount shall be made by reference to the estimated value of the contract, when its length is equal to or less than a year, and by reference to the average annual value of the same, in the case of contracts of more.

The categories of works contracts shall be as follows:-category 1, if the amount is less than or equal to € 150,000.

-Category 2, if the amount is more than 150,000 euros and 360,000 euros or less.

-Category 3, if the amount is more than 360,000 euros and less than or equal to 840,000 euros.

-Category 4, if the amount is more than 840,000 euros and less than or equal to 2.400.000 euros.

-Category 5, if the amount is more than 2,400,000 euros and less than or equal to five million euros.

-Category 6, if the amount is greater than 5 million euros.

Categories 5 and 6 shall not apply in the subgroups belonging to the groups I, J and K. «For such subgroups the maximum category of classification will be the category 4, and such category will be of application to them contracts of such subgroups whose amount is superior to 840,000 euros.»

Three. Amending article 27 of the general regulation of the law of contracts of the administrations public, which is drawn up in the following way: «article 27. Classification of employers in subgroups.

For an entrepreneur can be classified in a subgroup of classification of works contractors must prove, by any means admissible in law, that it has the necessary personnel, material, organizational and technical resources for the implementation of the work of the subgroup, as well as permits or authorizations for the performance of the activity which may be required (, and must be accrediting any of the following circumstances: to) carrying out specific works by the subgroup during the course of the last ten years.
