Royal Decree 460/2015, of 5 June ("BOE" of 16), which approves the Statute of the Superior Council of Sports, establishes the possibility of cooperation of this body with the centers of high performance and centers of Sports technology that is owned by the Autonomous Communities, local authorities, or Spanish sports federations.

In accordance with the provisions of the fourth paragraph of the Resolution of the President of the Higher Council of Sports of 10 January 2014 ("BOE" of 23), for the classification of sports facilities and programs sports for the development of high level sport and competition, for the purposes of the Order ECD/2681/2012 of December 12, for which the regulatory bases for the granting of grants and aid by the Council are approved Superior Sports, the classification of the centers will be done by the General Directorate of Sports of the cited body.

In the third paragraph of the Resolution of 10 February 2015 ("BOE" of 13 March), of the Presidency of the High Council of Sport, for which aid to Autonomous Communities for activity in the Sports Technification (CTD) and Specialized Sports Technification Centers (CETD) in 2015, establishes the possibility of classifying as State and/or high performance sports programs the new sports programs that are carry out in collaboration with the Spanish sports federations. Once the documentation presented by various autonomous communities has been evaluated, it is determined to reclassify as state the following sports programs that have previously been classified as autonomic:

CETD of Voley-Playa, in Arona (Tenerife). Volleyball State Sports Technology Program (Voley-Playa).

CTD "Rio Esgueva", in Valladolid:

Esgrima State Sports Technification Sports Program.

State Sports Technification Sports Program (Aguas Calas).

CTD "Sports City", in Cáceres. Montana State Sports Technification Sports Program.

CETD of Piragüismo "La Piraguera", in Aranjuez (Madrid). State Sports Technology Sports Program Of Piragüism (Calm Waters).
