The law 62 / 2003, of 30 of December, of measures fiscal, administrative and of the order social, in its article 102, modified the article 81 of the law 42 / 1994, of 30 of December, of measures fiscal, administrative and of order social, giving a new terminology in relation to them coins commemorative and of collection, of conformity with the terminology used in them provisions and normative European.

In the new wording of the quoted article 81 set, inter alia, that, as of January 2004, are referred to as coins in collection euro, euro coins not intended for circulation, usually in precious metals, with a nominal value and different to those aimed at circulation design. These coins should differ significantly of them circulated in, at least, two of the three features following: colour, weight and diameter.

In the same provision is authorized in General to the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda, coining and sell coins of all kinds. The issue and sale of these coins will be agreed by order of the Ministry of economy and competitiveness which, in accordance with the European provisions, shall determine the characteristics of the coins, their face values and initial dates of issue and, where applicable, retail prices.

Article 5 of the Regulation (EU) number 651/2012, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012, relative to the issuance of euro coins, regulates the issuance of collector coins.

Article 3.1. to) and 3.1. m) of Royal Decree 345/2012, 10 February, (which develops the basic organizational structure of the Ministry of economy and competitiveness and amending the Royal Decree 1887 / 2011, of 30 December, which establishes the basic organizational structure of ministries), in the new wording given by the second article paragraph three of the Real Decree 672 2014, of 1 August, (by amending the Royal Decree 1887 / 2011, of 30 December, which establishes the basic organizational structure of the ministerial departments and the Royal Decree 345/2012, of 10 February, which develops the basic organizational structure of the Ministry of economy and competitiveness and amending the Royal Decree 1887 / 2011) (, of 30 December, which establishes the basic organizational structure of ministries), attributed to the General Directorate of the Treasury and financial policy, in addition to the powers vested in the existing legislation, and, among others, those of minting of currency and the representation in the European Subcommittee of currencies («Eurocoin Subcommittee").

Is issued the SAW series of coins of collection called «jewelry Numismatic», in which is reproduce parts unique of the numismatic Hispanic. This year is pays a tribute to the House of currency of Madrid, in operation since 1615.

Article 2. Characteristics of the parts.

Currency of €100 of face value (2 coats, gold of 999 thousandths).

Tolerance in law: minimum of 999 thousandths.

Weight: 6.75 g with a tolerance of more or less than 0.15 g.

Diameter: 23 mm.

Shape: Circular with a fluted edge.

Quality: Proof.

Reason: On the obverse, in the center of the currency and within a circle, reproduces the front of a piece of two coats of Felipe III, coined in Madrid in 1615. Outside the center circle, are data referred to this coin: left, brand of ECSC and, above it, circular upwards and in capital letters, the legend SPAIN 2015; below the mark of Ceca, circular downwards and in capital letters, the value of the piece, 100 EURO. Surrounds all those reasons and all the legends a beading of pearls.

On the reverse side of the coin, occupying all the space of the same, plays the reverse side of the part two shields of Felipe III, coined in Madrid in 1615.

Currency of 20 euro of value facial (currency of 13,92 mm of diameter, gold of 999 thousandths).

Tolerance in law: minimum of 999 thousandths.

Weight: 1.24 g with a tolerance of more or less than 0.03 g.

Diameter: 13,92 mm.

Shape: Circular with plain edge.

Reasons: On the obverse reproduces, in the center of the currency and within a circle, former Madrid Mint, used in 1615 brand. Outside the center circle, are data referred to this coin: left, brand of ECSC and, above it, circular upwards and in capital letters, the legend SPAIN 2015; below the mark of Ceca, circular downwards and in capital letters, the value of the piece, 20 EURO. A Pearl border surrounds all the reasons and all the legends.

On the reverse of the coin, the obverse types reproduce and reverse the maravedis which were coined in the Casa de Moneda de Madrid from 1618. In top of the coin, in circular direction and uppercase, PHILIPPVS legend and the Roman number III, separated by a point.

10 euro face value coin (8 reales, silver of 925 thousandths, being the rest of copper).

Tolerance in law: minimum of 925 thousandths.

Weight: 27 g with a tolerance of more or less than 0.27 g.

Diameter: 40 mm.

Shape: Circular with a fluted edge.

Quality: Proof.

Reasons: On the obverse reproduces, in the center of the currency and within a circle, the front of a piece of four reales of silver of Felipe III, coined in Madrid in 1615. Outside the center circle, are data referred to this coin: left, Ceca and mark above it, circular upwards and in capital letters, the legend SPAIN 2015; below the mark of Ceca, circular downwards and in capital letters, the value of the piece, 10 EURO. A Pearl border surrounds all the reasons and all the legends.

On the reverse, in the Centre of the coin, plays the reverse side of the part four reales of Felipe III, coined in Madrid in 1615. Surrounding all motifs and legends are the five brands of ECSC which the Casa de Moneda de Madrid has used throughout its history.

Article 3. Number maximum of parts.

Article 4. Initial date of issue.

Article 5. Mintage and circulation.

Such coins are coined on behalf of the State in the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda, which will deliver them to the Bank of Spain through the contribution of the representative of the coins documents.

The Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-real Casa de la Moneda will proceed to the payment of the face value of these coins, which will be paid to the public Treasury, and once acquired, proceed on the market using the process outlined below.

Article 6. Marketing process.
