the Autonomous Communities, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1732/1994 of 29 July 1994, and in compliance with the provisions of the seventh transitional provision of Law 27/2013 of 27 December 1994, rationalisation and sustainability of the Local Administration, have adopted resolutions on the creation, classification and abolition of jobs reserved for local government officials with national qualifications, including those which modify the system of provision for free designation.

Once the publications of the resolutions expressed in their respective Official Journals have been forwarded by the Autonomous Communities, in the terms referred to in Article 9 of Royal Decree 1732/1994,

This Directorate General, in use of the privileges conferred on it by Royal Decree 256/2012, of 27 January, for which the basic organic structure of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations is developed (modified by Royal Decree 802/2014, of 19 September 2014, resolves to publish jointly the resolutions of creation, classification and deletion of posts reserved for officials of Local Administration with national qualification, as well as the change of system of provision to free designation, in the terms indicated respectively in Annexes I and II to this resolution.

Province of Malaga

Pool of Arriate. -dissolved the Pool for the common support of the post of the third-class Secretariat, constituted among the Ayaldones of Arriate, Farajan and Alpandeire, the following agreements are adopted:

Grouping of Farajan. -It is a Grouping for the common support of the post of the Secretariat, between the Aypúnese of Farajan, Alpandeire, Pujerra and Parauta, and the position of the third-class Secretariat is classified, reserved for officials belonging to the sub-scale of the Secretariat-Intervention, with the permanent appointment of Mr Emiliano Fabregas González, N.R.P. 24288674 /46/A/3015, who was at the post of the third-class Secretariat of the Pool dissolved.

Arriate City Council. -The position of the third-class Secretariat is created and classified, reserved for officials belonging to the Secretariat-Intervention subscale.

The first class intervention post is renamed to the Municipal General Controller, the first class, remaining reserved for officials belonging to the Interventional-Treasury sub-scale, a higher category.

The Treasury post is renamed to Municipal Treasury, remaining reserved for officials belonging to the Interventional-Treasury sub-scale.

The post of Vice-Secretary, first class, happens to be called Vicesecretari-Technical Secretariat of the Local Government Board, first class, remaining reserved for officials belonging to the subscale of the Secretariat, Top category.

The post of Vice-intervention, first class, is referred to as the Deputy-intervention, the first class, remaining reserved for officials belonging to the Interventional-Treasury sub-scale, a higher category.
