Key Benefits:
Article 103.Eight of Law 36/2014 of 26 December of the General Budget of the State for the year 2015 provides that, for the determination of the standard bases of contributions for common contingencies in the Special for Coal Mining, for the financial year 2015, the procedure described in the rules contained in that provision shall apply, giving the Ministry of Employment and Social Security the power to set the amount of the said bases
To this end the content of this order is answered by means of which the standardized bases of contributions are determined by common contingencies in the Special Regime for Coal Mining, taking into account, for the determination of such bases, the amount of the basis for contributions to accidents at work and occupational diseases corresponding to the period from 1 January to 31 December 2014, inclusive, with the contained in Article 57 of the General Regulation on the listing and settlement of other rights of the Social security, approved by Royal Decree 2064/1995, of December 22.
In its virtue, according to the State Council, I have:
Single item. Standard basis for listing for 2015.
In application of the provisions of Article 103.Eight of Law 36/2014 of December 26 of the General Budget of the State for the year 2015, the bases of contributions for common contingencies in the Special Regime of the Social security for Coal Mining, standardised for each of the categories and professional specialities, to be applied during the financial year 2015, are, for each of the mining areas, those contained in the Annex to this Regulation. order.
Single additional disposition. Special deadlines for admission.
By the Secretariat of State of Social Security, special deadlines will be established for the income of the differences that result from the application of the bases that are fixed in this order, with respect to those for which been listed during the intervening months of the financial year 2015.
Single end disposition. Entry into force.
This order shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the State", without prejudice to the retroactive effects arising from the application of the single article.
