In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 10.2.b) of Law 10/1990, of 15 October, of the Sport, the Commission of the Council of the High Sports Council in its session of 30 June 2015, has approved definitely the modification of article 5, of the Statutes of the Spanish Federation of Sports of Persons with Cerebral Palsy and Acquired Brain Damage, authorizing their registration in the Register of Sports Associations.

In compliance with the provisions of article 31.7 of the Law of Sport and article 12.3 of Royal Decree 1835/1991 of 20 December, on Spanish sports federations and the Register of Sports Associations, I have the publication of the amendment of the Statutes of the Spanish Federation of Persons with Cerebral Palsy and Acquired Brain Damage, contained in the Annex to this Resolution.

ANNEX

Statutes of the Spanish Federation of Sports of Persons with Cerebral Palsy and Acquired Brain Damage

Article 5.

For participation in any official sports activity or competition, in addition to the fulfillment of the specific requirements that are required in each case, according to the current competence framework, it will be necessary to be in possession of an autonomous sports licence, which shall be issued by the sports federations of regional authority which are integrated into the FEDPC, in accordance with the conditions and requirements to be laid down in regulation.

The license will produce effects in the state and autonomous areas, from the moment you enroll in the registration of the autonomic federation.

The autonomic sports federations must communicate to the FEDPC the inscriptions they practice, as well as the modifications of those inscriptions; for these purposes it will be sufficient for the remission of the name and surname of the holder, sex, date of birth, national identity card number and license number.

The licences issued by the autonomous federations shall contain at least the corresponding data in the official Spanish language of the State, without prejudice to the fact that they also appear in the own language of the field autonomic corresponding to the federation issuing the license. These licences shall reflect the following three economic concepts:

(a) Mandatory insurance as referred to in Article 59.2 of the Law of Sport.

b) The quota for the FEDPC.

c) Quota of the autonomic sports federation.

In the cases of non-existence of autonomous federation, material impossibility, when determined by the autonomous federation itself, or when the autonomous federation is not integrated into the FEDPC, the expedition of The licence will be taken over by the EDPC with compulsory insurance as referred to in Article 59.2 of the Law on Sport. It shall also be for the issue of licences for which a visa or prior authorisation of the international sports federation is necessary, and in particular when it comes out of the provisions of the statutes. of the international federations.

The amount of the license fee to be received by the FEDPC shall be fixed by the General Assembly of the same, in the terms and with the majorities fixed by the third subparagraph of paragraph 4 of Article 32 of Law 10/1990, of 15 October, of the Sport, in the wording given by article 23 of Law 15/2014, of 17 September. The revenue produced by this concept will be primarily intended to finance the structure and functioning of the federation.
