In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July establishing the general framework for improving quality in the General Administration of the State, the proposal has been drawn up updating of the Charter of Services of the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA).

In view of the favorable report of the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, this Secretariat, in use of the powers conferred on it Article 11 of the aforementioned Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, has decided to approve the updating of the Charter of Services of the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts, which will enter into force on the following day of the publication of this Resolution in the Official Gazette of the State.

The printed text of the said Charter of Services will be available in the ICAA's offices, in the electronic headquarters of this Ministry and in the General Access Point of the General Administration of the State, in accordance with the Article 6.2.b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed.
