In accordance with the provisions of Article 86.2 of the Constitution, the Congress of Deputies, in its session of today, agreed to validate the Royal Decree-Law 11/2015, of October 2, to regulate the commissions for the withdrawal of cash from ATMs, published in the "Official State Gazette" number 237 of 3 October 2015 and correction of errors published in the "Official Gazette of the State" number 242 of 9 October 2015.
