This Executive Center, making use of the powers conferred on it by Article 94 of the Organic Regulation of the General Directorate of the State and the State Bar, according to the wording given to it By Decree 1816/1965 of 24 June 1965, it agrees to approve the said proposal and consequently the programme is drawn up in the following terms.
