Key Benefits:
Article 48.7 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, provides that the General Administration of the State shall fix, subject to the official calendar of work, in its field, the calendar of working days for the purposes of time-limits.
This calendar will be published before the beginning of each year in the "Official State Gazette" and in other broadcast media that guarantee their knowledge to citizens.
Therefore, this Secretariat of State of Public Administrations, higher body of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, pursuant to Royal Decree 256/2012, of 27 January, for which the structure is developed Basic organic of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, and in accordance with the powers conferred on it by article 12 of the aforementioned Royal Decree, has resolved:
First.
Approve the calendar of non-working days for the year 2013, for the General Administration of the State and its Public Bodies, for the purposes of deadlines.
Second.
These are indeft days:
(a) Throughout the national territory: Sundays and days declared as non-substitutable national holidays, or on which the entire Autonomous Communities have not exercised the right to replace them.
b) In the territorial scope of the Autonomous Communities: Those days determined by each Autonomous Community as public holidays.
c) In the territorial areas of the Entities that make up the Local Administration: the days established by the respective Autonomous Communities in their corresponding calendar days.
The business days referred to in points (a) and (b) of this paragraph are specified in the attached Annex, specified for months and by Autonomous Communities.
Third.
Arrange for the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette" and in the bulletin boards of the organs and agencies of the General Administration of the State.
