Order FOM/3218/2009 of 17 November approving the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to autonomous road hauliers who leave the activity in Article 4 of the Order lays down the requirements which they have to bring the beneficiaries together. As for age, it requires that it be more than or equal to fifty-eight years.

At the time this order was issued it was possible to grant aid to a large proportion of hauliers aged over 50 and over eight years, but in the last few years the amounts allocated to them were modified. The aim is to ensure that aid is granted to persons over 63 years of age, without making any sense for applications to be removed from this age.

Therefore, given that the amounts entered in the budgets may vary from year to year, it is estimated that the minimum age of the beneficiaries will be determined on each call, once the availabilities are known. budget.

The National Council for Land Transport, the National Committee for Road Transport and the competent transport bodies of the Autonomous Communities have been heard in this order. issued the mandatory report by the State Advocate and the Department's Delegate Intervention.

In its virtue, I have:

Single item. Regulatory modification.
