The Order of 8 May 1978 determines that the supplementary monthly fee to be paid by the Trade Representative, which is accepted for the voluntary improvement of health care, shall be fixed annually and shall be equal to the average cost the estimated benefit, per beneficiary and month, in the General Scheme.

Taking into account the current Social Security budgets and in use of the powers that you have attributed, this Directorate General has resolved:

First.-The supplementary monthly payment for health care, in the Special Regime of Social Security of the Trade Representatives, is fixed, for the year 1982, in five thousand four hundred and seventy-six pesetas (5,476 pesetas).

Second.-This Resolution will have effect from January 1, 19&2.

Third.-The responsible persons who at the date of publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette" would have already made income from contributions due from January 1, 1982 will have a deadline for regularise their contribution, by the entry of the differences which correspond without a surcharge, until the last day of the second month following that of that publication.
