Decree 851/1975 of 20 March, establishing the rules for the substances and products involved in the feeding of animals, entrusts this Ministry with the authorization of the same.

The Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of 23 June 1976 ("Official State Gazette" of 6 September) on the authorisation and registration of substances and products involved in the feeding of animals, in their Paragraph 1 provides for the introduction of amendments to the lists of products approved by that provision, in order to maintain a continuous adjustment of the regulatory provisions to the dynamics of technical progress for the better to serve the objectives of animal feed.

Consequently and in use of the powers granted to this Ministry the final provision 4. of Decree 851/1975 of 20 March 1975 laying down the rules for the substances and products involved in animal

:

First.-The years I and II of the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of 23 June 1976 are amended and extended according to the specifications entered in the respective accounts of this provision.

Second.-The General Directorate of Agrarian Production is empowered to make the necessary provisions for better compliance and development of the provisions of this Order.
