Having regard to the proposal of the Commission to draw up the new Program of the Opositions to the State Bar, this Steering Center, making use of the powers conferred on it by Article 94 of the Organic Regulation of the Directorate General of the Contentious State and the Body of State Attorneys, according to the wording given to it by Decree 1816/1965, of June 24, agrees to approve such proposal and therefore the Program in the terms of the which are listed below.
