Having regard to the text of the salary revision act for the year 2012 of the sugar industry collective agreement (convention code No. 99000555011981) approved by the Joint Committee of the Sugar Industry on 24 January 2013 The agreement of the General Association of Sugar Manufacturers of Spain (AGFA), representing the companies of the sector, and of other the union organizations UGT and CC.OO., representing the workers of the same, and of compliance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast text approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective labour agreements and agreements,

This Employment General Address, resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

SALARY REVIEW FOR THE YEAR 2012 OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE SUGAR INDUSTRY

Meeting in Madrid, 12 hours on 24 January 2013, the Joint Interpretive Commission of the Collective Agreement on Sugar Industry for the period 2011/2012 set up by Messrs. on the margin, previously called, adopts the following agreements:

1. Apply the salary review clause for the year 2012, contained in the Additional Provision Second of the Collective Agreement signed on 5 May 2011 in force for the period 2011/2012, taking into account that the CPI has experienced during the year 2012 an increase of 2.90%.

2. As a consequence of the above, it is agreed to review the salary tables, with the final ones of 2012 being the ones resulting from applying to the year 2011 an increase of 2.90%.

3. The basis for this review will be the remuneration for the year 2011.

4. The difference between the amounts agreed initially in the Convention and the result of the review since 1 January 2012, will be paid by each company in one payment during the first quarter of 2013.

5. The interpretative Commission has drawn up the new final tables for the year 2012, including the salary revision mentioned above, which are attached to these minutes, signed by the parties.

6. The diets, the plus of distance, the plus of system of work, the plus of toxic and dangerous work, the plus of Sundays, as well as the aid to the diminished psychics, will not have review the year 2012. The biennium of seniority and the good end of the campaign, established as certain quantities for their respective periods, shall not be reviewed during the term of the Convention.

There are no more issues to be dealt with, the sitting is closed at 13 hours.
