Key Benefits:
By virtue of Article 3 of order ARM/2017/2011 of 11 July 2011 establishing the control of landings of more than 10 tonnes of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel and their modifications, empowers the General Secretariat of Fisheries to designate the list of ports in which the landings subject to that order may be made.
The list of designated ports was published by the Resolution of 2 September 2011, of the General Secretariat of the Sea, for which the list of designated ports pursuant to Order ARM/2017/2011 of 11 July 2011 is published, establishing the control of landings of more than 10 tonnes of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel.
This list was updated by the Resolution of 14 February 2013, of the General Secretariat for Fisheries, amending on 2 September 2011, for which the list of designated ports according to the Order ARM/2017/2011 of 11 July 2011 establishing the control of landings of more than 10 tonnes of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel. The objective of the Resolution was:
1. Include the ports of Cadiz, Finisterre and Muxia in the list of authorized ports of Article 3 of Order ARM/2017/2011.
2. º Remove to the ports of Burela and San Sebastian from the authorized port relationship of Article 3 of Order ARM/2017/201.1.
3. º Publish and update the relationship of authorized ports, landing schedules, and places where such landings are authorized.
This list should be updated. The General Secretariat for Fisheries has therefore resolved
following:1. Include the port of Laredo in the authorized port relationship of Article 3 of the ARM 2017/2011 Order.
2. Modify the landing schedule of the port of Ondarroa included in the list of authorized ports of Article 3 of the Order ARM 2017/2011.
3. º Publish and update the relationship of authorized ports, landing schedules, and places where such landings are authorized.
