Article 20 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, states that the creation, modification or deletion of the automated files of public administrations may only be be made by means of a general provision published in the Official Journal of the State or the official journal concerned.

The files of personal data managed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment are related in Order ARM/1683/2011, of January 2, which regulates the files with character data Staff of the Ministry of the Environment, and Rural and Marine Environment.

The publication of Order ARM/3123/2011, of 3 November, establishing the uniform and distinctive of the Scale of Environmental Agents of Autonomous Bodies of the Ministry of the Environment, compels the creation of a file containing the Personal Identification Number data of the Environmental Agents assigned to their corresponding Direct Centers, and as a consequence it is necessary to publish the creation of a file containing the data personnel of the Environmental Agents attached to the Directorate-General of Sustainability of the Coast and the Sea and its personal identification number for later registration with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

This Order is issued pursuant to Article 20 of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13.

In its virtue, prior to the report of the Spanish Data Protection Agency and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment's Ministerial Committee on Electronic Administration, I have:

Single item. Amendment of the Order ARM/1683/2011 of 2 January, which regulates the files with personal data of the Ministry of the Environment, and the Rural and Marine Environment.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, and for the intended effects thereof, a new file of new creation is added to the Annex I General Direction of Sustainability of the Coast and the Sea of Order ARM/1683/2011, of January 2, which regulates the files with personal data of the Ministry of the Environment and the Rural and Marine Environment.

" Environmental agents:

a) Identification of the file, indicating its name, as well as the description of its intended purpose and uses.

a.1) Identification of the file: Environmental agents carrying out surveillance and inspection tasks of the Public Maritime Domain.

a.2) Purpose and intended uses: identification and control of officials of the Environmental Agents Scale of the Autonomous Bodies of the Ministry of the Environment carrying out surveillance and inspection tasks public domain Maritim-Terrestrial.

(b) Origin of data, indicating the collective of persons on whom it is intended to obtain data of a personal nature or which are required to supply it, the procedure for collecting the data, and its provenance.

b.1) Collective: Officials of the Environmental Agents Scale of Autonomous Bodies of the Ministry of the Environment carrying out surveillance and inspection tasks of the public maritime-terrestrial domain.

b.2) Provenance: Public Administrations.

c) Basic file structure and the treatment system used in your organization:

c.1) Structure: Name and last name. Number of the national identity card. Professional Identification Number (NIP).

Other categories of personal data: job-related data:

c.2) Treatment System: Automated.

(d) Communications of the intended data, indicating where appropriate, the recipients or categories of recipients and applicable legislation: Judges and Courts. Article 11.2 (d) of Organic Law 15/1999.

(e) International transfers to third countries, indicating, where appropriate, the countries of destination of the data: There are no plans.

f) Bodies responsible for the file: Secretary of State for the Environment.

g) Services or units to which the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition can be exercised: General Direction of Sustainability of the Coast and the Sea. Plaza de San Juan de la Cruz, s/n., 28071 Madrid.

h) Basic, medium or high level of security that is required in accordance with the provisions of Title VIII of the RLOPD: Basic. "

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
