Under the provisions laid down in the third final provision of Royal Decree 404/2010 of 31 March 2010 governing the establishment of a system for the reduction of contributions by professional contingencies to the companies that have contributed in particular to the reduction and prevention of the work accident, Order TIN/1512/2011, of 6 June, and the Order ESS/1368/2012, of 25 June, have been extended until 30 June and 15 August 2011 and 2012, respectively, the time limits for the submission to the managing or mutual entities of the applications from companies wishing to opt for the incentives corresponding to the 2010 and 2011 financial years and for the submission of the proposed information to the Directorate-General for the Management of Social Security.

The volume of management derived from the applications submitted in respect of the said exercises makes it advisable to maintain the extension of the deadlines indicated for the applications corresponding to the financial year 2012, to make it easier for companies to submit their applications and to rationalise the start of procedures in line with the volume of processing files

This order is made in use of the powers conferred on the final provision of Royal Decree 404/2010, of March 31.

In its virtue, I have:

Single item. Time-limits for the submission and processing of applications for the financial year 2012.

They are extended for the financial year 2012, until 30 June and 15 August 2013 respectively, the dates for the completion of the time-limits for the submission of applications from undertakings to the managing or mutual and referral by the latter to the Directorate-General for Social Security Management of the information-proposal referred to in Article 7 of Royal Decree 404/2010 of 31 March 2010 governing the establishment of a system for the reduction of (a) contributions by professional contingencies to undertakings which have contributed in particular to the reduction and prevention of occupational accidents.

Final disposition first. Application and development powers.

The Secretary of State for Social Security is empowered to resolve any questions that may arise in application of this order.

Final disposition second. Entry into force.

This order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
