Article 8 of Royal Decree 877/1990 of 6 July 1990 provides that only the importation of semen of bovine animals from the third countries listed in the Annex hereto shall be authorised. E. This list may be supplemented or amended by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in accordance with the decisions taken by the Community authorities in this respect.

Commission Decision 91 /276/EEC of 22 May 1991 amending Commission Decision 90 /14/EEC of 20 December 1989 establishing a list of third countries from which the Member States are to be established authorise the importation of semen of animals of the frozen bovine species.

Without prejudice to the direct applicability of Decision 91 /276/EEC and for the purposes of greater publicity, the new list of third countries from which export is authorised should be incorporated into Spanish legislation. to Spain of frozen semen of bovine animals and this in accordance with the state competence contained in Article 149.1.10 and 16 of the Constitution.

In its virtue, on the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and after deliberation of the Council of Ministers of July 10, 1992,

Additional disposition first.

1. Only the importation of frozen semen of bovine animals from third countries or part thereof listed in a list drawn up by the Commission of the European Communities and published in the same way shall be authorised. than its subsequent modifications, in the .

2. Without prejudice to the above paragraph, the list referred to therein, and subsequent amendments thereto, shall be published in the Official State Gazette at the initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, for a better understanding of the stakeholders.

Additional provision second.

This provision is made in accordance with the provisions of Article 149.1.10 and 16 of the Constitution.

Single end disposition.

This Royal Decree will enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the State.
