Key Benefits:
Increased the fiscal template of the Fiscal Ministry by Law 21/1993, of December 29, of General State Budgets for 1994, it is necessary to carry out the distribution of places among the various organs of the Tax Ministry in accordance with the needs of the service; the power granted by the Government, in accordance with the provisions of Article 18.2 and the final provision of Law 50/1981 of 30 December 1981 governing the Staff Regulations Organic from the Fiscal Ministry.
In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Law, this Royal Decree has been informed by the Attorney General of the State, hearing before the Fiscal Council.
In its virtue, on the proposal of the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs and after deliberation of the Council of Ministers at its meeting on 16 December 1994,
DISPONGO:
Article 1.
Four Fiscal Places are created, which are distributed in the following Fiscalis:
Public Prosecutor's Office of the National Court
A square.
Autonomous Community of Andalusia
A square in the permanent membership of Algeciras of the Prosecutor's Office of the Provincial Audience of Cadiz.
Madrid Community
A place in the permanent membership of Getafe of the Prosecutor's Office of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid.
A place in the permanent membership of Mostoles of the Office of the Prosecutor of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid.
Article 2.
Six places of Attorney Attorney are created, which are distributed among the following Fiscalas:
Autonomous Community of Catalonia
Two places in the permanent membership of Badalona of the Prosecutor's Office of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia.
A place in the permanent membership of L-Hospitalet de Llobregat of the Prosecutor's Office of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia.
A place in Sabadell's permanent membership of the Prosecutor's Office of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia.
Madrid Community
A place in the permanent membership of Alcala de Henares of the Prosecutor's Office of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid.
Murcia Region
A place in the permanent membership of Cartagena de la Procuratoria of the Superior Court of Justice of the Region of Murcia.
Article 3.
1. The total number of staff members of the Fiscal Race is overall made up of the following destinations:
(a) First category: 13 Prosecutors of the Chamber, of which the Deputy Prosecutor of the Supreme Court has the consideration of the President of the Chamber of the High Court.
b) Second category: 725 Prosecutors.
c) Third category: 546 Tax Lawyers.
2. The staff of the Fiscalas affected by this Royal Decree is the one set out in the Annex to this provision.
Single additional disposition.
The places created by this Royal Decree will be covered by a contest between the members of the Tax Race who meet the category and the conditions necessary to occupy them.
In this contest, the Fiscal Lawyers to which the category will be promoted may participate as Prosecutors of the second category as a consequence of the extension of the organic template made by this Royal. Decree.
Single end disposition.
This Royal Decree shall enter into force on the first day of the month following that of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the State".
