Orders of 4 March 1993 ("Official State Gazette" of 18) and of 12 April 1993 ("Official State Gazette" of 20) of the then Ministries of Public Works and Transport, and of Relations with the Courts and of the The Secretary of Government, respectively, who is developing Royal Decree 1665/1991 of 25 October, governing the general system for the recognition of higher education diplomas of the Member States of the European Economic Community, which require a minimum of three years ' training, in the case of the related professions with the, in that time, Ministry of Public Works and Transports, they state that the president of the Commission of evaluation of the aptitude test referred to in article 6 of the said Royal Decree will be the general secretary of Department, which may delegate to the Deputy Director-General for Technical Standards and Economic Analysis.

Royal Decrees 758/1996 of 5 May, restructuring of ministerial departments, and 839/1996 of 10 May, establishing the basic organic structure of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Justice, Defence, Development, Education and Culture, Labour and Social Affairs, Industry and Energy, Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Public Administrations, Health and Consumer Affairs, and the Environment, have provided the administration with the necessary resources to ensure that the General of the State of a new organisation and the consequent allocation of powers to each one of the ministerial departments concerned.

Subsequently, the Royal Decree 1886/1996, of 2 August, of basic organic structure of the Ministry of Development, has developed and specified the general organization and functions of the Units of this Department, up to the level of Sub-Directorate General.

As a result of the above, the Presidency of the Evaluation Committee, referred to above, has gone on to correspond to the technical secretary general of the Ministry of Public Works, maintaining the power to delegate to the Deputy Director-General for Regulations and Technical Studies and Economic Analysis.

In its virtue, in order to simplify the administrative tasks and to expedite the work of the cited Commission of Evaluation, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of Regime Legal of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, and in use of the authorization conferred in the aforementioned Ministerial Orders, resolve:

First. -Delegate to the Deputy Director-General for Regulations and Technical Studies and Economic Analysis of the Technical General Secretariat of the Department, the Chair of the Evaluation Commissions for the aptitude tests for the recognition of higher education diplomas of the Member States of the European Union or associated with the European Economic Area, for access to the professions listed below:

Real Estate Agent.

Engineer of Roads, Channels and Ports.

aeronautical Engineer.

Telecommunications Engineer.

Technical Engineer of Public Works.

Technical Engineer in Topography.

aeronautical Technical Engineer.

Telecommunications Technical Engineer.

Technical Architect.

Second. The delegation referred to in this Resolution may be revoked at any time by the same Body as it confers.

Third. -This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
