In the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 10.2.b) of Law 10/1990 of 15 October of the Sport, the Commission Directive of the High Council of Sport, at its meeting of 23 December 2013, has adopted definitively the amendment of Articles 50, 53, 54 and 55, the abolition of the second and fourth transitional provisions, and the renewal of the other provisions of the Statute of the Spanish Federation of Sports of Persons with Physical Disability, authorizing your registration in the Register of Sports Associations.

In compliance with the provisions of article 31.7 of the Law of Sport and article 12.3 of Royal Decree 1835/1991 of 20 December, on Spanish sports federations and the Register of Sports Associations, I have the publication of the amendment of the Statutes of the Spanish Federation of Sports of Persons with Physical Disability, contained in the Annex to this Resolution.

ANNEX

Modification of the Statutes of the Spanish Federation of Sports of Persons with Physical Disabilities

Article 50.

1. The Technical Committee shall be chaired by the Technical Director of the FEDDF.

The following Commissions for Sport are currently part of the FEDDF:

Subaquatic activities.

Athletics.

Motoring.

Badminton.

Basketball.

Boccia.

Cycling.

Fencing.

Skiing.

Wheelchair football.

Weightlifting.

Horse.

wheelchair hockey.

Swimming.

Wheelchair Rugby.

Tennis.

Table tennis.

archery.

Olympic shooting.

Sailing.

Volleyball.

It is the desire of this FEDDF to integrate how many sports modalities have the possibility of being practiced by physically disabled, adapting their regulations for the practice of our collective in them.

2. The Technical Committee shall meet regularly and submit to the Board of Directors the agreements it takes in relation to the technical-sports matters of its responsibility or which are entrusted to it by the Board for the best functioning of the FEDDF.

The Technical Committee shall establish its operating rules that shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the FEDDF.

Article 53.

The FEDDF's discipline organs are:

• The Competition and/or Single Judge Committee.

• The National Appeal Committee.

1. The Committee on Competition and/or Single Judge shall have as its main task the task of resolving, correcting and sanctioning, if there is a place, the offences which may occur in the various championships, competitions, official meetings and the offences against the general rules of sport at first instance. The processing of files which so require must be instructed by an independent Judge of the Committee of Competition and/or Single Judge, who shall adopt the name of Judge Instructor.

2. Both the Chairman of the Committee of Competition, or where appropriate. the sole Judge, and the Judge Instructor, as well as the Chairman of the Appeal Committee, shall be licensed in law and their appointments and appointments shall be the President of the FEDDF.

3. The Competition Committee, in its collegiate configuration, and the Appeal Committee in any case, shall be composed of a minimum of three members and a maximum of five, being the same as those appointed by the President of the FEDDF on a proposal from the President. of the respective Committee.

4. The General Assembly, on a proposal from the Chair of the FEDDF, shall be the body responsible for establishing, annually, whether the disciplinary body of first instance is set up as a collegiate or unipersonal body:

• The Competition Committee.

• The National Appeal Committee.

Article 54.

The Competition Committee or the Single Judge, within its scope, shall enjoy full freedom in the assessment and assessment of evidence, background and reports. The rulings delivered by the Committee of Competition or by the Single Judge shall be executive.

Article 55.

Against the sanctions and actions of the Competition Committee or the single judge, of the FEDDF, there is an appeal to the National Appellate Committee of the FEDDF, which puts an end to the federative path, with the last resort being the last resort. the Spanish Committee for Sports Discipline, or organ which replaces it, which exhausts the administrative route, in accordance with the provisions of the current Law of Sport.

First transient disposition.

1. At the present time, the autonomic Federations, which are duly constituted under the FEDDF, with the exception, if applicable, established in the single additional provision, are:

• Andalusian Federation of Physical Disabled Sports.

• Balearic Sports Federation for Persons with Disabilities.

• Cantabra Federation of Sports of Persons with Physical Disability.

• Polideportive Federation of Disabled Castile and Lion.

• Catalan Federation of Physical Disabled Sports.

• Federation of Adapted Sports of the Valencian Community.

• Federation of Sports for Persons with Physical Disabilities of the Principality of Asturias.

• Federation of Disabled Sports of Castilla-La Mancha.

• Extremendous Federation of Physical Disabled Sports.

• Galician Federation of Physical Disabled Sports.

• Madrileña Federation of Physical Disabled Sports.

• Navarra Federation of Adapted Sports.

• Federation of Sports for the Disabled of the Region of Murcia.

• Basque Federation of Adapted Sport.

• Canary Sports Federation for Persons with Disabilities.

• Riojana delegation of Sports of Persons with Physical Disability.

• Aragonese delegation of Sports of Persons with Physical Disability.

2. Any Federation of regional authorities which may be constituted hereinafter shall be considered to be integrated for all purposes in the Spanish Federation of Sports of Persons with Physical Disabilities, except for a demonstration against, during the six-month period months, counted from their recognition by the corresponding Autonomous Community, in the course of which they may exercise their right to do so.

Concluded that term, the federations that have not done so will be able to carry it out at any time, in the form provided for in Article 13 of these statutes.

Second transient disposition.

This FEDDF collects the possibility of jointly creating with the remaining Spanish Federations of Disabled Sports, as specified in the article 1. º, point 5., of Royal Decree 1835/1991, a Confederation of National scope to be able to coordinate the activities common to them and to contribute to the extent that corresponds to the elaboration and presentation of the Statutes of this Confederation, for approval by the Council Directive Superior Sports.
