Obtained the positive verification of the curriculum by the Council of Universities, prior to the positive report of the Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation, and once established the official character of the title by Agreement of the Council of Ministers at its meeting of 1 October 2010 (published by the Resolution of the Secretary of State of Universities of 18 October 2010 in the BOE No. 273, dated 11 November 2010).

This Rectorate, in accordance with the provisions of Article 35.4 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of Universities, in the wording given by the Organic Law 4/2007, has resolved to order the publication of the study plan leading to the obtaining of the official degree of Graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Cadiz, which will be structured in accordance with the Annex to this Resolution.
